Getting Started
If you like, you can simply make an appointment.
You can call me at 512-464-1146, or send me an email. Let me know what times work
best for you, and how I can best reach you. I can usually respond within one working day.

There are a few forms to fill out.
You’re welcome to download them early and finish them at your leisure.
(Don’t forget to bring them to your appointment!)
If you plan to use insurance, I’m a provider for:
BCBS, Cigna, Great West, Humana, PHCS, Principal, and Value Options
If you’d like faster confirmation of coverage and your co-pay:
You can give me the following information before your appointment:
▪ Insurance company name
▪ Primary subscriber name
▪ Your name (if different)
▪ Your address (as listed)
▪ Your date of birth
▪ Your insurance ID#
I can usually tell you the co-pay amount within a few days.
(You can also call them directly to get it right away.)
If you don’t want to use insurance:
My regular fee is $100 per session. If money is an issue, or if you have other
questions or concerns, call me. We'll talk.
